Any hope for Seer?
He is one for the low tier legends and among the least picked legends. I wonder if they ever fix it…

- @Cheese9Man they just need to bring back his ellipses and his old fov from his passive and I think he'll be in a great spot. He's decent but also feels a tad incomplete too. (it's kind of hard to explain)
