@KYSOMTI agree with you about MNK begin harder to use , but one one get used to it then they benefits out weight the negatives.
on the other hand no matter how good someone is with controller still there will limitations and nothing anyone can do about it.
i don't think Respawn can do anything about AA , it's something that it's been there since the age of gaming also don't forget about console players who make a big part of player base so no one will want to mess with console players and make them leave the game.
moment of truth , let's say Respawn removed the AA then what ?
will MNK players are going to be happy because now they have the upper hand ?
also when the AA is removed we all know that people will adapt and also the cycle will start again but this time it will be against the MNK because Respawn should or will remove A LOT of thing that MNK can do but controller can not and that will happen because no input should not be unbalanced and having the upper hand in every aspect.
i hope you find that it make sense , MNK dominate in long range , roller in short range it's as simple as that.

I'll agree that a mouse & keyboard is hard for some, but I think the biggest issue (myself) is desk space. Another issue is while aiming with the mouse is having to be fully mentally aware at all times of what I'm doing. With the keyboard it's accidentally hitting the wrong key at times.

That's how I look at an aim assisted input device (if you understand that analogy). It makes no sense to me why controllers would get aim assistance in console games let alone to balance two drastically different input devices.
Another point that I think of is why do mouse & keyboard users deserve to be aim assisted in the first place just because they chose that specific input device. Why ruin mouse & keyboard players' experience just because they choose a device such as mouse & keyboard? This isn't an issue of them inputting into the console ecosystem, but the opposite.
Why do consoles have extra aim assistance, but no access to native mouse & keyboard support? No controller only game should offer aim assistance. If the argument is about the possible ability of one device, then aim assistance doesn't work in a controller only environment because everyone is on an equal playing field, but we don't see that.

Like if aim assistance got a nerf and/ or input based matchmaking got added (to PC) mouse & keyboard players might feel happy, but not because something was taken away from controller users, but because they would be able to game without software deciding their fate.
At some point during this experience you will see someone with the worst movement possible, but at the sametime have the strongest aim.
Now in regards to tap-strafing. Yeah, I don't like it personally, but I don't consider it a cheat forsay. Like, it's a way that the physics engine works or something, so it's technically part of the game itself in my opinion.
