Any solution to stop hot dropping in apex?

While I understand that not going with the hot droppers leaves them on their own to die and leave, that's just what they do already if you go with them or not. They don't give you the chance to win the fight and res or respawn them. So your left to play 1 or 2 v 3 the rest of the match still. Why not penalize people in pubs? Every other game mode penalizes them for leaving. If their banner times out or you've carried it around without respawning them for x amount of time then they're free to go. Then if they hot drop and you don't go with them at least they have to wait to time out and they'll see that possibly you won the fight or if they had gone with you to a different area that you're still fighting and playing a br game and not a call of duty style game. They quit and start a new game so fast they don't even realize that the original game is still going for 10+ minutes with strategy and abilities.
@nitool150 Works both ways and the fact it does is one of the reasons I avoid ranked.
I've been paired with randoms who go off on their own or solo drop and when you go down you have zero chance of being revived. Of course you're punished if you quit.
