@Koochi-Q Certain types of hits arent allowed tho so people dont do them. Spearing with a helmet. Hitting someone head to head. One guy going low while another tries to hit high to break a guy in half. Trust me, nfl football now is much tamer than it was.

Sportsmanship is a thing.Forgotten of course in internet anonymous gaming, but I happen to think it serves a purpose. Now, sure, you should also know what you are playing. Apex snd a lot of video games are all about being jerks to your enemy, which is why there are finishing moves.Foootball, in the other hand, is a sport watched by millions that makes billions more than Apex. And, while hitting happens in Football, it is not the point of football. If you like violence as the main point, you would watch a fighting sport. So I’m sorry, yeah, I want to see taunting penalties in football. I’m a spectator watching a game I want to like, not watch people be aholes to each other. I get aholes every day in my regular life I don’t need it in my downtime (except for Apex, which is clearly a game about being the best dousche)

@Koochi-Q Well since it is a game where people are able to clobber each other do you really want someone getting taunted and po'd so they take it to the extreme? I mean you can cause life threatening injuries quite easily in an nfl game.

@Koochi-Q Well since it is a game where people are able to clobber each other do you really want someone getting taunted and po'd so they take it to the extreme? I mean you can cause life threatening injuries quite easily in an nfl game.

Life threatening injuries are what ppl likely come for (you sick ppl), just like in NHL or Derbies. So taunting belongs!

@hayhor Figured it have some clear rules what not to do. I only know veeeeeeeeeeery little about the sport but do know how in the 80’s or 90’s it became such a topic of discussion on how to improve safety and have less paralyzed players due to the game...

@KelRiever, I get your point, but if a sport is already brutal, I would think that psychological brutality could also come into play within certain limits of course.

I don’t watch any sports or race stuff... If I want to do something, I go out and do it or stay in and do it. Hence me not watching other ppl play games unless it’s an edutorial vid.
