Was this in-game or QR code? If code, how did you get it?
I'm on the game's email list through EA and Respawn and they always send me preview videos of new events and surveys, but surveys like this are pretty rare where they explicitly admit to things like this. Ive only seen one other survey like this and it was during the similar season 20 issues that came up.
