40 days is rough. My account recently got hacked into and banned this past Sunday. I put in a case to EA the same day letting them know, but I definitely have my concerns. For one, I'm scared they won't give me back my account for whatever reason they might come up with, even though I have nothing to hide. I have never cheated in Apex and I'm fairly certain someone got into my account. I didn't have 2fa enabled, so I made a mistake there I guess. Also, I don't how lenient they are with hacked accounts and if they give them back or not. Second, the amount of waiting is also a bit of a concern, because at best I'll get a reply within 5 business days, and on top of that it might all be for nothing. I put a lot of time and money in that account just to lose it like that, and I'd be pretty pissed. Hopeful thinking is keeping me going, but I'm just not sure anymore if you have been waiting for over a month to get a response.

I'm locking this thread as there is nothing more that we can do to assist with TOS related issues on AHQ.
If you have raised an appeal with our TOS team then the best thing to do is to be patient and keep an eye on your email for a response from the team.
