apex account ps4 to xbox series x

Hi. i were playing apex legends with my ps4 for about 1 year and i recently bought a xbox series x and i downloaded apex legends on my xbox. so i enter the same account that i play on my ps4. when i go in i see that all the data have been reset. all the levels, battle passes, legends, all of them. What should i do?

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer progress between platforms in Apex Legends. If you play Apex Legends on Xbox and PlayStation, your progress won’t carry over between the two platforms.

    @mhqplayer As mentioned above, Apex Legends does not support cross-progression between platforms. Fortunately though, all of your progress and unlocks should still be there on your PlayStation account, so you didn't lose them altogether. Your Xbox and PlatStation accounts will just level up and unlock items, completely separately

    As far as I am aware, though, they are still working on bringing cross-progression to the game. The most recent update that I am aware of, was from December of last year, and was just to say that it is "still in progress", so there are no anticipated dates yet, but it appears to be a feature they are working on. I know it's not really what you're looking for, but hopefully the info helps a little bit!
