As for the linked Xbox Account, did you already have a linked Xbox Account?

If you did already have a linked Xbox Account, then that would mean that your Xbox Account was also hacked and had gotten its username changed because each EA Account only allows for one platform account of each type to be linked to it in its lifetime, (in which case you, would need to also contact Xbox Support to recover your Xbox Account).
