Apex banned no reason. EA dosent wanna provide any information about my ban.

Havent played apex for like 2 years and my account was banned last year at the same time when my steam acc got hacked and i dont even know is that the reason so provided every screenshot and information for the EA support team....they dont do anything, no information, no reason, the same automated answer everytime. Is it even possible to get ban unlifted?

    If you check back through your case history here, you should be able to pull up the response for your first appeal in case 210157546.

    That one does include the reason for the account action and a few examples of what that would cover from our Rules of Conduct, so you should be able to review it to double-check on the information provided.

    A different member of the Terms of Service team will look review the situation each time you appeal, unless it's reached the point where they mention not to expect further responses. At that point the situation would have been reviewed by separate people multiple times, and if they had declined to remove a penalty it would be final. I'm afraid there is not another way to have a ban reviewed or removed if it has reached that point.

    and if someone say "all the information is in the email we provided to you" then dont. there is none in my inbox on the date of ban.

    Okok i finally found the reason and it was hacking. I swear i havent done anything like that but how i can prove it? Only 3rd party software what i own is like overflow🤔 only thing was that my steam account got temperally hacked at those times and i provided prove earlier so is there anything to do?

    Hey nidro9898​, glad you were able to at least track down the additional details.

    When you submit an appeal, the ToS team would check back through our records of what took place on the account itself and in-game. There wouldn't be anything additional you need to submit as proof, because they'd be relying on what can be verified on our own logs. 

    If they've already completed multiple reviews without removing the action on the account, unfortunately there wouldn't be any other options to have that looked into again.
