Apex Banned Randomly? ( Wrongful Ban )

I also just got banned the other day, and I haven't been on Origin, or played Apex Legends since last Spring.

It's just what Æ get enjoyment out of doing.

Well you gotta be clear with them.. What did you exactly do with the settings and how did you change them ? did use any internal nividia   programs or something ?

Typically just the Nividia control panel and like a FPS command for a launch permission. That's pretty much the extent. I'm still waiting on a response from EA but I'd be more then willing to show anything they would request from me. I will post if its resolved fairly.

Well, surprise you will hear from me again. The account isn't getting unbanned. I love how EA will go to such extent to deal with a cheating problem and banning innocent people that have spent money on this game. It's honestly so aggravating to have my account perma banned for un-legit reports or such of the reason they would think to ban my account. I received a email today notifying that I wont be getting the account ban lifted. Never once have I cheated in any game that could ruin the game play of another person. Not only have I lost my account due to a wrongful ban but also lost the money I have spent into the account, around 80 dollars or so. So I'll just take it upon myself to never play this game every again. THANKS EA. 

I've asked them to show proof of me cheating, because I know better than anyone I can sit here and say until I'm blue in the face that I didn't cheat and it means nothing. So all I want is for them to show me MAGICALLY how I cheated or gave myself ANY kind of upper hand over another player. 10/10 chances they wont supply anything because they have nothing to supply it's hilarious that EA thinks banning innocent people is fine, and before someone comments going " oh you cheated get over it ". Think about it I'm not here to convince you I'm here to get a legit reason or answer to my problem of being wrongfully banned, NOT to convince you.

That is not a hack. As a developer this is deeply disappointing to me. The company/dev team should recognize these accounts were hacked and implement better security measures. I'm sure they can see the general geographic location which the nefarious connection(s) were made. I just received an identical email and I have also not played that game in at least two months. EA please handle customer security and satisfaction as a top priority as default replies to posts and extended wait-times on issue resolution is an unacceptable way to adequately treat customers. In this time of increased online activity it's no surprise that there are malicious actors attempting actions such as these and it is the development team's responsibility to scale up security measures proportionally. Wrongful accusations turn customers away permanently. This message does not condone cheating in any form. It's purpose is to hopefully direct the attention of the dev team to focus on those who are the real problem and not the "innocents."
