I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem as well. I gave $100 to Best Buy last night for a code for 11,500 Apex coins. After doing some research it appears this is an issue on Best Buy's end that has been going on for three weeks. No clue why Best Buy finds it acceptable to continue to take people's money for these faulty codes. According to Best Buy customer support they cannot offer a refund on codes such as these. However, I was assured that "they are working diligently to solve the issue." Again, why they think it is okay to continue to sell these faulty codes is beyond me. It seems that all we can do for now is sit on our hands and wait for Best Buy to fix the issue on their end. In the meantime we have a thread going on their forums (https://forums.bestbuy.com/t5/Gaming-Support/Online-purchased-EA-Origin-code-not-activated-by-Best-Buy/td-p/1313307) that you can post on in order to hopefully speed up the process or pressure them to give us our money back, which is more than deserved seeing as how the product does not work. Also, don't be afraid to give them negative reviews for all Windows Apex coin codes to warn others not to spend their money on these broken codes.
If you call bestbuy support, they will give you a free refund if unable to get you a new working code, they did this for me about 3-4 days ago
