    Hi @EA_Illium,

    Thanks for your reply! I have been tried https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/  this website for many times, but the website seems work bad in my region(China mainland), no matter which server I choose, I can see nothing in center of the page. I put a picture here. I'll keep trying, but I really want your help.
