Apex keeps taking my money
On wednesday me and my friend both brought a couple packs for a skin. since then the last 2 days (friday in NZ) its taken the money out again and again. not sure how to contact anyone as it keeps leading me here.

THERE IS NO OPTION FOR Helping me. The bot tells me to refund saying I made 3 purchases yeah **bleep** sure. I have no purchases aside from the one single purchase I made on Monday. And now as of yesterday my bank has been charged 2 more times and it has the same reference number. My account is $-150 now and I refuse to put money into it for something I haven’t paid for you filthy thieving **bleep**.
FFkillua & LeNoSki1l Whichever platform you bought the skin on is the platform who's customer support team you'd have to go through.
What this would mean for you, is if you had bought it through the EA App, you'd contact EA Support, otherwise you'd contact Steam, Xbox, etc. as EA Support won't be able to see purchases made on other platforms.
Yeah my man, small issue is. THEY told me use the refund tool. IT DIDNT BUY MULTIPLE times it just charged me 3 times.
