I'm trying to connect to the Apex Legend game from every platform. I can't enter the game after the last update. It says it starts after pressing play. After 5 minutes, every platform returns, gives any error, does not enter the game, I update the video card, windows is up to date, what should I do, waiting for help, good work.

My friend had the same issue on Friday with his PC and we were not able to figure out what the problem was.
Hopefully someone with a bit more knowledge can help us out.
I see alot of people are having problems with DX12 which is now the default version.So if your GPU does not support DX12 you will have issues launching the game.
You can still use DX11 but you now have to put the command -anticheat_settings=SettingsDX11.json in advanced launch options.
Might be worth trying to see if it's a DX issue.
