Apex Legends - DEVS PLEASE READ - Crypto needs these buffs!

Hey guys! I am a huge Apex Legends fan and have literally been playing since day 1. I've loved almost every single change and improvement the devs have made and the game keeps getting better and better.

However, one of my issues is with the legend Crypto. Although he is a game changer and I love to have him on a squad, I personally don't find him fun to play. I really want to like him as many others do, but I find him lacking in major areas. The massive drop in Crypto players since his release is staggering, and I personally believe he needs this massive improvement to not only make him more useful, but bring in more Crypto players.

I have a suggestion on how to buff Crypto.

I think the drone should be able to hover over your shoulder and follow you. If you press the "recall" button, the drone will come back holstered like usual. Let's say you hit another button now, and instead of returning holstered, it hovers over your shoulder.

There should be debate whether or not you can do this directly from holster, though. Also, maybe a decrease in the drone's sound?

I feel like adding this new feature will not unbalance him because the drone can still only scan whats in front of Crypto (can't see through walls), its loud, it's a decent size target and it glows, easily giving up his position.

However, buffing him like this will not only make him look even cooler, it would also make his ultimate easier and faster to use, especially in sticky situations... and even then, you're directly in blast radius so you'd still have to be strategic with it. Perhaps when you hit the ultimate while it's following you, it can stop and stay in place to release the blast, so you can at least get a seconds head start. But most importantly, this feature would definitely come in handy. By the looks of the trailers, I thought this was already a thing before his release and was massively disappointed. 

If Devs can't implement this feature, then okay that's understandable. But at least allow Crypto's drone to "hack" enemy traps to catch the enemy off guard... How can a "hacker" not be actively hacking things in game? To me, that makes no sense.

I feel like the "following drone" would be a great feature and I'm sure even these small tweaks would bring in more Crypto players. Let me know what you guys think, please.
