Yes. There's a chance you might get to play the mode properly.

No reward in particular since the ranked mode will not be an event. However, there’s an arenas event this 13th of July (Thrillseeker event) with 3 weeks full of free rewards including a legendary Rampart skin. Also, welcome to the forums!
