Hey there, I am currently newbie in Apex and I don't quite understand the game. Watched lot of YouTube videos on beginners guide and learnt some basics. Still I feel lack of my game sense for Apex and I die most of times. I often get disconnected from server saying error (code leaf). Can anyone kindly, guide me for better in game performance and help me fix this server error. Here are my current in game stats, I know it's * but still if it helps. Thank you.

How to up your game?Ehmm the basics i guess. If you youtube some evasive movement guides that will help, learn the weapons recoil patterns etc in firing range(they're mostly fixed patterns so if you just empty a clip into a wall you'll see what i mean). After that the rest comes with experience really.Also just make use of this forum in general, you'll pick up a lot of useful info just reading through a lot of the threads that pop up.

I think.If you’ve played Titanfall, this’ll feel quite similar. If you know shooters, you know how to counter other enemies and know how to shoot. If you don’t know these two things, just play play and play and keep sucking. So long you low lvl and keep sucking you won’t be put in general matchmaking but the newbie one. Just like how I’m not alowed to go to general public and sitting in this padded cell.Pick up easy to handle weapons like the Alternator, R301 and other weapons. Make use of the Firing Range to test out sights and such and which hopups belong to which guns. *hears someone shouting “He’s got his hands on a phone again, RESTRAIN AND SEDATE HIM”* ohh crud, they know I’m doing stuff again *hears cell doors open*. Whatever you do, if some weird person called @Pretzelnutcake says something about me don’t believe this person! This person know I... *gets tackled to the ground*

@Koochi-Q Bro stop roleplaying or I'll call the Mirage police force to arrest you@VENERABLE172000 Pick up the peacekeeper and just shoot in the general direction of the enemy. Chances are you'll hit them. Also pick up the LMGs/SMGs. They are easy for noobs and against lesser experienced players they shred. Also don't trust anyone. EVER. TRUST NO ONE.

@VENERABLE172000This may be unpopular to some, but I did it when I was new and soloing.After getting taken out of a match, just sit there and watch the gameplay through the eyes of the enemy squad for a while. You can cycle through them just like you can your own squad when you’re dead but your teammates aren’t.This is particularly good when you’ve landed in the hot zone and are dead, and the enemy squad still has others to deal with.Taking note of the kill stats of the guy who killed you, if it’s a lot of kills, just watch them play a little while. You’ll learn as much, if not more this way than watching YouTube videos.This worked for me anyway.Welcome, and good luck.
