Apex Legends constantly crashing and restarting

Ever since the update on September 17th my game is continually crashing during gameplay. If I am playing on the ranked setting, and this happens I lose points and have to wait 10 minutes to play again. Your game is causing the crashing, I should not be penalized for your game crashing. I have lost several hundred points and have been unable to rank up because your game is crashing. If this persists much longer I will be forced to stop playing the game. I buy my battle passes every month. I buy extra stuff now and again I support your game. I am highly frustrated that you have not fixed this problem yet, nor do I even know if one of your developers is even seeing these posts.
