First off, your bandwtih har nothing to do with your graphics card.
Connection issues are primarely connected to your bandwith from the ISP . Secondary is your HDD or SDD that has to process the data, or the graphics card.
But i would guess you're having issues due to poor network. What's your connection speed?

i know that my graphic card nothing to do with my bandwidth ,
its do to my poor connection
i have 60 ko/s speed download = 500kb/s
