Apex legends rank

I was previously silver 1 yesterday and have recently lost my rank and am now bronze 3, if this could be corrected, I’d be greatly appreciated as I am not allowed to play with my Friends because of this

I was masters Monday and now I am plat 2 today even though no one else got a reset for rank
