Apex legends xbox series s fps spike

I have been playing Apex since launch(Pre-Season 1). Never have i had such a bad experience, game wise, since season 13 started. 

Server issues 50% of the time, either desync or 200ms bug. Rest of my games, when ping and server is stable, i will get fps issues, my frames will spike up to 70/85FPS, when im moving quickly, or turning cam 360 degrees, even tho its capped at 60??? This makes everything stutter, literally unplayable when enemies is skipping around on ur screen. 

Please fix ur game!!!!!

Im on the Xbox series S, Reinstalled, updated DNS settings, no difference.
