Apex servers are extreamly laggy

Its been hard for me to enjoy season 8 due to the amount of server lag and rubber banding : (

Thanks for contacting us about this. Let's go through some troubleshooting and try to find out what's going on. First, what system do you play on and do you use a wired or wireless connection?

All through out season 8 I’ve been lagging consistently and I’ve tried so many things to stop it but it’s just so bad it calmed down for a little bit but then it came back even worse than before I play on Xbox and I can’t remember if it’s wireless or wired

  You can play apex on a wired 10 gb connection the lag will still be present....BECAUSE THE PROBLEM IS ON THE SERVERS SIDE!!!!

    Hi everyone
    It is a common discussion that the Apex Legends/EA Servers aren't that great, and you can expect server maintenance soon.
    However a lot of people don't realise that most of the time the problem is on their end, which is why @EA_Aljo asked for a checklist just to make sure it isn't. If you are constantly experiencing lag and ping spikes please provide a checklist about your network connection just so identifying the problem is easier.

  You can find out if your connection is wired or wireless by checking the back of your console. Is there an ethernet cable plugged into it? If not, you're wireless. Let me know which it is and we'll take things from there. Thanks!

    I only have the power cord and the hdmi cord so I assume it’s a wireless
