Apex will not launch on my Xbox series x account.
I have reinstalled the game, hard reset my Xbox, reset my Xbox, cleared persistent storage and cleared MAC address with no luck.
I logged into a different Xbox live account and launched apex and it loaded up perfectly fine.
My account is not banned - I’m thinking there is a bug on my profile. I just got an Error

Im having the same exact issue iv even reached out to respond but like always they ignore the player base problems and just redirect us to this instead of letting us contact them
