Apex won’t launch on Xbox series X

Apex will not launch on my Xbox series x account.
I have reinstalled the game, hard reset my Xbox, reset my Xbox, cleared persistent storage and cleared MAC address with no luck.
I logged into a different Xbox live account and launched apex and it loaded up perfectly fine.
My account is not banned - I’m thinking there is a bug on my profile. I just got an Error
“Club Operation 5 failed -1”

@penrose3shocker I have seen this one a couple times in the past, but it was typically popping up when people were attempting to leave the club that they had joined/created. Are you a member of a club on Apex? If so, are you able to leave the club through the in-game club menu? I'm not really having much luck searching the web for other similar instances, so personally, I would probably open up a support ticket to try to see what is causing the issue. You can do so by following the prompts in the link down below. Hopefully it's as easy as leaving a club, but if not, customer support should be able to help figure out what is going on.

It seems that you are experiencing an issue with launching Apex on your Xbox Series X account. You have tried reinstalling the game, hard resetting your Xbox, and clearing persistent storage and MAC address, but the issue persists. You have also confirmed that the game launches fine on a different Xbox live account. Additionally, you have received an error message stating "Club Operation 5 failed -1".

Based on the information you have provided, it is possible that the issue is specific to your Xbox live account. It could be related to a bug or an issue with the account itself. You may try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check for any updates: Make sure that your Xbox Series X is up-to-date with the latest software updates. Also, check if there are any updates available for Apex Legends.

    2. Clear local saved games: Go to "Settings" > "System" > "Storage" > "Manage storage" > "Saved Games" and delete any saved games for Apex Legends.

    3. Contact Xbox Support: You can contact Xbox Support to check if there are any issues with your account or if there are any known issues with Apex Legends on your account. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or escalate the issue to their technical team for further investigation.

    4. Check the game's forums: Check the Apex Legends forums to see if other players are experiencing similar issues. If so, there may be a workaround or solution available.

    5. Try a different Xbox live account: If possible, try logging in to a different Xbox live account on your Xbox Series X and see if the game launches without any issues. This may help confirm if the issue is specific to your account.

Hopefully, one of these steps will help resolve the issue and allow you to launch Apex Legends on your Xbox Series X account.
