loot box scroll issue

Hello

since every browser page has a scrollbar where you can scroll up and down the page to view things  and death boxes in apex have them aswe'll why can't i click on that Scrollbar and drag it down?
to view the rest of the loot why is that not an option? 

i feel like that should be an option for those who want to use that scrollbar to scroll down instead of using the scroll wheel  some player might be missing that on the mouse and are they just suppost  to spend 200$ on a new mouse just to scroll down? when you have already gotten so used to the mouse but in stead you are forcing people to spend money on a mouse that they will have to relearn and calibrate the sensibility on in order to enjoy more of apex
