Are Cheaters Worse in S13?

I knew I would run into more cheaters on PC moving from console, which I have, but this season it seems so much worse.

I dont know if its because of the new ranked grind or people are just playing on smurf accounts, but it seems like these lower level lobbies have more than the usual.

Especially the walling. 

Granted, I am a Diamond player, and I always stop when I reach it because I solo queue. Thats the extent of my skill and I tend to give ppl the benefit of the doubt most of the time.

But when you spectate these ppl, and they are full send the whole time picking off rats, and others camping that havent even fired a shot, its just been so many like that this season already, I am just getting frustrated at how easy it seems they can get away with it. 

Just now, in a Silver lobby, I watched a solo Path grapple to one of the new POIs, run straight to the water, land in a recess of the rocks, and immediately turn and shoot before he ever saw the person that was ratting. No way he knew that person was there unless he could see through the obstruction.

    this season is a joke man , never been worse..

    i see a lot of script users on cronus zen in pc lobbies with mouse and keybord , and a lot of controller players.. controller is ok if you switch from console to pc , because getting used to m/k can be tuff.. but using scripts to have totally no recoil at all , and an aim assisist that is stronger then a magnet is redicilous and should get banned..but EA or respawn do sh*t about it..

    mostly when you spectate they are even under level 30 , got 5 or 10 kills already ingame and over 1500Damage , i mean comon man haha,..wallhacks i came a cross also but not so much . i am aware that there are a lot very good players in apex , no doubt about that , and im not the best player myself , only got max platinum every season because i also quit after reaching that rank, but this isnt even funny anymore that smurfs and this sort of script players ruin the game.

    They just dont miss a shot or beam you down with a wingman , flatline or an r99 from a distance you cant hardly see them..its so frustrating i just wanna quit the game..
