In all seriousness.. I make suggestions with the intention of group feedback and I'll contribute, listen and follow. Unless they have no idea what they're doing then I'm happy to call the shots and it's their choice to take the advice or not.
Edit: Assigning leader might not be wise with the current mix of players but an incentive to stick together could help.
