Well if you want that, I adhere to your plight and shall scrible down something so well thought out and complicated that you’d wish I never was created!
I’m both the leader and follower and at the same time I’m neither.

Nahhh, I base everything on certain scenario’s. I first look at banners. If I don’t see anything good, I’m already in the ‘okay don’t rely on these guys’ mode. This is unless I actually see them do stuff, but 90% of the time I’m right, not to pat myself on the back tho.
Next up is the jumping fase. If I’m jumpmaster, I’m their master and leader so they should do what I say or get killed! I’m usually open for suggestions unless I see a sweet hot drop. If they ping right away I’ll neglect my hot drop thought and go where they want. Vice versa too. If they’re JM and ping a place thats not directly below us or anything, I’ll follow. If they drop without pinging or go straight down I either leave the match right away or dont go where the JM is going.
Ground fase: depending on banner I make decision to stick close or at a distance. If they have high stats, I tend to keep my distance cause I expect them to know what they’re doing. Lower levels I tend to close the gap in distance but dont get too close before that person does something weird.
Mostly when I squad wipe or if I have my main, ppl follow me, so it’s all good ;D

@Pretzelnutcake... yes masterMost of the time I guide the team with pings and voice calls out but if someone else takes the lead and wants to make call outs then I'm fine with it.
Sometimes when I have a premade team we just mess around and we just do what we think is right and it works out more times then we think.
