asking for Banned HWID

My PC was recently hacked by an irresponsible person. Email, Discord, Steam, and various games such as Apex Legend and Genshin Impact were hacked. Especially apex legend, I never used cheats at all but my account got banned, even though I made a new account, in 1 game and got banned again. I've tried reinstalling windows, apex legend but still the same. Am I HWID Banned? I've tried contacting EA Help but they didn't provide a solution. I just want to play Apex legend again. Can you guys help me apart from buying a new device? I'm too poor to buy a new one.

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • I was also banned from hwid, but I didn't do anything. Now my main account and Deputy account are blocked. I'm very upset. I don't know what to do, and the staff didn't give me a reply

    • use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.

    Hey @Guinevin if our TOS team has denied the appeal then I'm sorry to say but there is nothing that we can do on AHQ to change it.

    Hey @Guinevin the best thing I can recommend is to speak with our TOS team again, beyond this, there is nothing that anyone in EA can do to assist you further.
