Or when Rezzing allies. That comes in handy when you have a gold backpack. I have saved many an arena match that way.
Still when his allies are gone, he essentially has no passive. And they still will not address it. Be nice if he also when invisible when crouched and not moving (and I mean NOT moving, not even moving camera a bit).
