[BAN APPEAL] Automated answers only, no human review — EA ID: aronqgg

Hello,

I am appealing the permanent ban on my Apex Legends account (EA ID: aronqgg, email: [edit: email address removed]). I have submitted multiple disputes and also spoke to Live Chat, who said they left an internal note for the Terms of Service team. However, I only receive automated replies, with no real explanation or manual review.

As per EA’s Terms of Service and digital consumer rights, I am requesting a fair, manual review by a real person, and a clear explanation for the ban. If this cannot be provided, I will be forced to escalate this to consumer protection authorities.

Screenshots of the automated responses and Live Chat are attached.

  • arooon11​ Sadly, bans cannot be handled on the forums as it can only be handled by the EA TOS Team, (not by EA Support), so you would need to contact the EA TOS Team instead.

    Each ban appeal case is reviewed by a real, (and different), person from the EA TOS Team, however they do use templates to help streamline the process, and to help provide the same level of service to all players.

    Due to using these templates, it does look like a bot is responding to you, (however that is not the case).

    When you say "EA's Terms of Service and digital consumer rights", are you referring to this: User Agreement - Official EA Site?
