Ban appeal

Hello, so recently I was falsely banned. ( 20/ 06/ 2026) I submitted an appeal as any would to try have this removed. ( 27/ 06/ 2026) my case since then has been closed and the EA TOS team said they were not acting on it as of yet. But I can no longer resubmit an appeal to try again as when I go to my penalty history it all says pending review. If any staff is on here that could help with this issue that would be gratefully appreciated.

Silly-Vilardson You would need to contact the EA TOS Team instead as the EA Support Team doesn't handle bans either:

I’ve been waiting for a month. The case states it’s closed but the penalty history doesn’t. I was suggest by the ea support team to try out forums
