That second email looks like it's from ToS and not the support team. You'd need to connect with the support team. Did you select the same contact options?

I tried finding the situation i was having but i dont know what category it would fall under so i looked up ban help and it lead me to that.

As ToS confirmed the timer is meant to be timed out, it's no longer about appealing a ban but about being able to get into the account. A change in the case categories is needed as the ban categories will only route you to ToS.
