Banned after being unbanned

I was recently banned on apex because of suspicious activity on my account. Thankfully I was able to appeal and someone unbanned me after 4 days. Unfortunately I have already been banned again and I have only played the game twice. I have 700+ hours and have played since season 1. For some reason I have no record of any band in my ban history and I can not appeal this ban. Hope someone can help me. I believe my steam account was hacked not apex it’s self because I click remember device and still have to sign in, sometimes more than just my password.
