Was banned by just because they perceived that I wrote "Take blue and * them" It was for my friend who had no microphone and it was our way of talking together and having fun together and it was not at all a sentence for another players who joined our lobby. I'm very shocked to get banned for just this and they see that it was a hateful but it was not when it was to my friend where we had fun and communicated together over in chat. Have tried to make 3 tickets for them but they keep saying wait when your suspension has expired but it's not the one I got but a ban. So I'm totally angry about this being a huge misunderstanding but they will not listen to them in support. What the hell am I supposed to do? Can't get over this in this way which is really huge wrong way to get banned.

@ZenuserneI did read it. I responded with the only response we are capable of providing. Other than that I can add a link to the play nice policy that will explain why some of these bans are done. It does not matter if you was talking directly to a friend or a random both will be treated the same. If that 3rd hears something they do not like or finds offensive then the point stands of a violation to the Terms of Service. Please remember in the future to not talk this way into open coms you never know who is behind the pc of someone who found it offensive. Hi all, Account bans are not something we can really help with here on Answers HQ. Since we don't have any way of assisting directly, I am going to lock this thread. As others have already mentioned, it would be up to the Terms of Service team to review the account and determine if the ban should be lifted. If they have reviewed the account and decided the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid the account will stay banned. Hello Legend! Thanks for hopping onto AHQ! Unfortunately, this forum can’t do much for you in regards to the ban. Your best best will be to contact the EA TOS Department, from the best of my knowledge they are the only team that can reverse and review bans!

It’s best to only submit one ticket at a time, sometimes it will take more time than usual because the department is busy but they will get back to you. You need to understand as well they have to review everything and this can take some time too.

Yes I understand that. Of course I take care of what I say but honestly this is not a violation if it was a chat to own friend which was our way of committing and behaving socially and being banned because it is not acceptable

I completely understand what you are saying, I say stuff to my friends but because I'm in a PSN party chat it doesn't break any rules. The issue is and don't quote me on this because I'm not sure this is how it works but you've either been reported or some sort of auto detection system has picked up what you have said.

The issue you have is because you have broken their agreement rules on the game it will be difficult for you to get your account back especially as they have banned you.

I hope there is a way in which you can get this resolved!

@rockyboy1998 I think he was reported? I might be wrong here, but inappropriate words are automatically censored by the game. Their random or his/her friend reported him unfortunately.

@OP I hope that your suspension isn't that long and you're back at the game ASAP. For now, enjoy some other games.

Yes what we should be in party chat or discord in one direction. But we did not think of that when it is the case that you can see that it is a friend in the lobby you are playing with also because you have this ban.
I want to hear your opinion on this whether my account can be released again or ban forever.
I will not come back to Apex at all to sweeten them if they have banned me for this with a friend in the lobby and they think it was a hateful message I will not get over it as I have played over 400 hours on origin and moved to steam using the link of steam.
One actually feels that they do not take it seriously if it is the case that they are just banning one for just one sentence in the message and they should be able to investigate that it was to my friend before banning.

@Cheese9Man Yeah i think one did and im pretty sure that was the player from random that join with us and i was only me and my friend in the lobby with 1 unknow player.

@Zenuserne If I was in control of the ban I would give you back your access but make sure you're on a final warning that you cannot send anything like that in the in game chat.

However, my opinion is complete irrelevant as I have 0 control over the bans and have 0 contacts inside of Apex that could actually help.

Wait for the other people I have tagged in the post to reply, they are more experienced than me and should be able to offer some more advice here.

@Cheese9Man I'm not sure how long he has been banned for. Surely something like that doesn't give you a lifetime ban?
