Hello Legend! Thanks for hopping onto AHQ! Unfortunately, this forum can’t do much for you in regards to the ban. Your best best will be to contact the EA TOS Department, from the best of my knowledge they are the only team that can reverse and review bans!
It’s best to only submit one ticket at a time, sometimes it will take more time than usual because the department is busy but they will get back to you. You need to understand as well they have to review everything and this can take some time too.
It’s always a good idea to enable 2FA on your account as well, below is a useful link!

Yeah i like i did in support site. But they keep send same messege to me like that i have copy for you.

My overview is because you have committed the 'violation' they won't be able to do anything. I completely get where you are coming from you just have to be incredibly careful what you say.- 4 years ago
Yes I understand that. Of course I take care of what I say but honestly this is not a violation if it was a chat to own friend which was our way of committing and behaving socially and being banned because it is not acceptable
Thanks you for try tag someone for help me. I will never play apex agian because i got banned as this way for just having socially on our way with my friend.

I completely understand what you are saying, I say stuff to my friends but because I'm in a PSN party chat it doesn't break any rules. The issue is and don't quote me on this because I'm not sure this is how it works but you've either been reported or some sort of auto detection system has picked up what you have said.
The issue you have is because you have broken their agreement rules on the game it will be difficult for you to get your account back especially as they have banned you.
I hope there is a way in which you can get this resolved!
