Banned for a mistake with my friend in lobby

Yeah i like i did in support site. But they keep send same messege to me like that i have copy for you.

im confused about that they answer me on mail like im not maybe trust they saying im never get my account back

@Zenuserne I'm really not sure what the best thing to do would be in this situation.

My overview is because you have committed the 'violation' they won't be able to do anything. I completely get where you are coming from you just have to be incredibly careful what you say.

Yes I understand that. Of course I take care of what I say but honestly this is not a violation if it was a chat to own friend which was our way of committing and behaving socially and being banned because it is not acceptable
Thanks you for try tag someone for help me. I will never play apex agian because i got banned as this way for just having socially on our way with my friend.

  I completely understand what you are saying, I say stuff to my friends but because I'm in a PSN party chat it doesn't break any rules. The issue is and don't quote me on this because I'm not sure this is how it works but you've either been reported or some sort of auto detection system has picked up what you have said.
  
  The issue you have is because you have broken their agreement rules on the game it will be difficult for you to get your account back especially as they have banned you.
  
  I hope there is a way in which you can get this resolved!

    @rockyboy1998 I think he was reported? I might be wrong here, but inappropriate words are automatically censored by the game. Their random or his/her friend reported him unfortunately.
    
    @OP I hope that your suspension isn't that long and you're back at the game ASAP. For now, enjoy some other games.
