Thanks for replying guys, i said "stay in building [insert four letter playground word meaning stupid here]" that was enough to be banned unfortunately... If I played the list of verbal abuse i've been on the bad end of in Apex I could start a court case
I did write it down because i made a decision a long time ago that i'm not going to use my mouth to insult people. I'm one of the least toxic people in Apex thats what is ironic lol. Defending yourself with one innocent word to try to have some dignity in the face of insults is not being toxic, it is not a bannable offense... Alas here on Apex I suppose it is

Please note that here we can not help with ban cases except for some advice. You will have to contact the ToS team if yu think your ban is unjust and settle it with them.
Also according to the Terms of Service you agreed to and contradictive to what you posted and I quoted in bold what you said/typed is according to the ToS a bannable offense irrespective of your opinion.
Two wrongs do not make a right, it just makes you wrong also. In the future if you happen to get back to playing on EA/Apex do not raise to the bait and lash out, ignore, mute, block and report toxic players, it is better for you and better for the community.

@Asmodeus566 Thank you for the welcome, and I don't have much of a problem being banned. If I'm going to be banned for that well, hey it is what it is. But to not ban the true offenders here and to punish one of the better more mild members of the community is EA missing the mark.
Then to lock down any means of me redeeming the money i've spent for a product i can't use is either negligence or greed.

Did you report the other player/players for what they were doing?
If they only used the microphone to treat you badly and not text then you will need to send in a video with audio with your report if you have such.
