Banned for Hateful Conduct when I was in an Xbox Party

Unfortunately we're not able to help with bans here on the forums. The only way to get your ban removed is to raise a dispute with our terms of service team, which by the sounds of things you've already done. I'll share a link to the article with the webform just in case:
