Banned for no reason
Today I got a ban for cheating completely pointless as I didn’t cheat and no tools were turned on.
I received this message via email:

We noticed that your EA account broke EA’s gameplay rules.
Because your account was cheating, we’ve permanently blocked your access to Apex Legends’ online features.

How can the ban be deleted? Thanks in advance for the reply!
