Banned for trashtalking

Question

Hello EA I got banned for trash talking someone in apex and after that I emailed you a apology and you didn't accept it so I emailed again and again and still you denied my email so here I am in AHQ. If you've already appealed this action multiple times with our Terms of Service team and they've declined to remove the penalty, that is ultimately final and not something we'll be able to change either.&nbsp;
