Battle pass premium+ not receiving rewards on apex legends

I’ve been playing apex legends for two years now and in those two years I’ve had this same bug and it’s infuriating. At the launch of the new season 22 of apex legends I purchased the premium+ battle pass for 20$ I still have not received my rewards or skins for it and it has been 3 days since the purchase. I would like to have this fixed because I cannot get a refund from sony because they said it’s in use. Plz fix this because it’s frustrating that I can’t get the extra cosmetics that I’ve paid for

    Same here tbh, all new BP have not given the rewards they should have. Paid full price for them all, they let me know it’s nothing they can do about… what country do you play from by any chance?

    @TheBlueFireFist 100% of the time when you level up you dont get rewards instantly. You have to restart apex or sometimes going back to title screen helps.
