They've announced they're doing hardware bans for cheaters. New accounts are banned within minutes.

Hardware bans are useless because you can download free HW address spoofing tools. You can also spoof IP,s and networks so yea... this is why nobody uses source engine anymore. No way to eliminate the hackers as they will just keep coming back with new MAC id’s and IP’s. Not good.
