Best map for solo play

I think, it's Storm Point. The areas's are better contained, making it suited for ambush attacks, especially during ring closings. Plenty of height variation for lone snipers. Some squads just go and play with prowlers or spiders for mediocre loot, wasting time, being distracted and making noise, making them easy prey. The gravity cannons provide a better way for transport than the redeploy balloons, because you're gone much faster then risking being hit on the zipline and there's full control of weapons, medkits and shields. And when ambushed on landing you just jump back. Some area's with pretty good loot are hardly chosen for landing, providing a good opportunity to gear up before engaging in fights, like Lightning Rod, North Pad or Fish Farms.

  • The shooting range.

Or Titanfall 2 Frontier Defense, when you can get it to let you load...

  • @Wolferato For me the KC before this one was best. I could always find some action when no filling. And I could always do it with a height advantage. Plus if I needed to get away there were lots of options. Not anymore. I'd never play SP solo tho. Or with a team.

None of them are bad, except as @hayhor pointed out, the new KC is punishing for anyone who solos or relies on its former ease-of-mobility. Now it's just a slow, grindy, snipey mess where traversal on foot is suicide (assuming an unlucky drop hasn't made traversal an impossibility in the first place).
