Blood Effects Setting On/Off

Also, I know that one concern is that if this setting is added, it will increase the number of excited kids over the coms. I totally relate to the problem; I don't like screaming either. But I think it was the second or third match I ever played, and there was a kid potentially like that and I decided right away to mute the squad. The point is, kids are already playing, so I can't say that adding this one setting will make any significant difference.
