I’m guessing you don’t play lots of shooters (due to hemophobia(?))... Apex has the least amount of blood I’ve seen in any of them I think... IF I recall right it did have an option to limit blood splatter but I don’t see it anymore... maybe because there’s hardly any blood or maybe because not many used the toggle...
Oh well...
Have fun playing other games I’d say. Your choices will be limited if you like shooters tho.
