@FrostyBobba You can turn all settings to low and i don't even notice any blood.
You know what a predator is? They prey on other organisms eating meat (killing and eating = blood) and highest tier in ranked. Eating meat also makes you smart! They need to be to work out how to kill and eat other animals much bigger than them, which means even more blood! Not to say that vegans are stupid or anything, they just don't have a pallet and likely gold or plats.
This a shooter.. You shoot things, they bleed, they die. It's hardly graphic.
Recommend The Sims, Minecraft or DOOM for your delicate eyes.
