Bloodhound heirloom set

@Lyviq Hey, just so I'm clear, you're asking if the packs earned before the end of this event have a chance to unlock the BH heirloom?

It's a good question. I think the contents are rolled at the time of creation, but I'm not totally sure of that and I'll try to find out.

For now it's definitely worth holding onto the packs until after the event finishes, and the Heirloom is added to the general loot pool. Bear in mind the chances of getting it is very low, even when you have quite a few packs. 

Oh, and the Iron Crown packs won't have the heirloom, so you can open them now.
