@SILVERisSORRY Played for an hour today. In tokyo servers, no one was killing these solo queue bloodhounds. I might do the quest tomorrow. I guess I’m just lucky that Japanese people respect those who just wanna do the quest but definitely agree that this event is poorly implemented.

I had zero problems doing these.
I duo queued with my brother and we took turns doing the 2 objectives. One tools themself up (with a gun to drop for you) and the bloodhound just gets on with it. Both times just ran to the end and completed it. When my brother finished the first one another bloodhound turned up. We just bobbed to indicate he can finish it without trouble from us. He did so and started dropping holosprays and stood there so I got the kill (he was clearly done). But no need to not let people finish it.

I agree, in fact its the whole reason I'm here right now is to ask who's bright idea was this? Like every match the bloodhound on my team runs off, and screws me and the other teammate over. Literally no forethought in this one, eh EA? What frustrates me every time I play Apex, is how a game that has the potential to be absolutely amazing, is ruined by a company with so much $%#^&$@ money. What I would give to be in charge at EA. I would do it for free. All these poor decisions like crappy servers, bad quest stories, etc would not be happening under my watch. It's clear that EA doesn't take pride in having the best video games, it's all about milking as much as possible while spending as little as possible to get as many of the almighty dollars as possible. But in fact, you're making less than you would than if you actually spent the money to make a quality game. Try it EA, just once. Try spending a little more to make quality products, and I promise you, you will get a return on your investment. It takes money to make money, but I'm sure you already knew that, huh?

I've gotten into fights with other solo BHs like I'm in some weird Norse version of Highlander.
I managed it in five games. First try a Pathy found me and killed me. Second try another Pathy found me but was mid-range so I turned and shook my head (okay - all of me) at him then kept tracking. He fired at me again, so I did the same thing. This time he left me alone and I finished the chapter.
If I saw solo BHs in that area while the event was on I tended to be nice.
I'm like this. If I encounter a player on drop who is not part of a squad and does the bouncy thing when I fire at them I leave them alone. No pride in shooting an unarmed man. I've also been known to drop batteries for enemies I've just knocked if I feel sorry for them. Make love, not bluef.
- @EdwardDLuffy I should have waited for the Halloween event before opening my BH packs. My friend got the new BH skin in the event in one of those BH packs.
