I had zero problems doing these.
I duo queued with my brother and we took turns doing the 2 objectives. One tools themself up (with a gun to drop for you) and the bloodhound just gets on with it. Both times just ran to the end and completed it. When my brother finished the first one another bloodhound turned up. We just bobbed to indicate he can finish it without trouble from us. He did so and started dropping holosprays and stood there so I got the kill (he was clearly done). But no need to not let people finish it.

It is frustrating.
1. Choose 'No' fill team mates.
(solo queue have to wait for 20mins or could be more)
Or choose fill team mates, instantly joined/drop.
2. Upon following the trails...it will saved your tracking.
But.....if you're killed (during in a mid 'Progress saved'), sorry it won't works.
You will have to start all over again at the beginning/sometimes in the middle of nowhere.
3. When you reach the final destinations and click E - 'Investigate'.
AllFather has to finish his speech in order to complete your quest.
But if you are killed during this speech, well... you have to start all over again.
4. Now that you know the final locations, decided to land there early.
Sorry, you can't. White raven is not there.
You have to start in the middle of the tracking(Yes all over again).
Until you reach the location, the raven will appear (LOL!).
