Bloody Mice: are they blocked or banned?

Hi! 

I would like to ask, if I use a bloody gaming mouse (just the mouse and driver, not the macro crap), will I get banned or the mouse blocked?

I've tried one of them  (the TL70) and the shape is just so awsome and comfy, I want to try one for a longer period. But I don't want to risk getting banned I've rather use my Model O then.

So will I get banned just for using the mouse without macros or not?
